Bill Siegle from Bucks County, PA bought the winning ticket from Harry Hey. Bill buys 10 tickets every year. The 2002 prize was a white with red interior 1996 Corvette Coupe with under 5,000 Miles. Only 2300 tickets were sold $20 a piece.
